They are awesome and for that reason alone, you must shop at Seth Michael. The Ethos sofa is amazing---it doesn't look, sit, or sleep like a typical sleeper sofa. it is comfortable! AND looks great. Th Elfin is a perfect fit for our small room. Used as a study during the day and an extra bedroom for guests, the Elfin was the perfect find!! Only 64” wide but a queen size bed. We are thrilled with it. Comfortable, easy to use, great color and modern simple design. We highly recommend!

My couch looks great and is even nicer than shown online. I have a dog who likes to sit on the back of my couch so I wanted to be sure the couch could hold up to such use. I chose leather upholstery because I have a dog. The color of the leather is rich and supple. Working with Michael and Seth was great. I asked many questions, all of which we responded to fully and timely. I did a video with Michael when looking at upholstery choices which was helpful. I was cautious about buying a couch online but both Michael and Seth relieved any of my concerns. I would highly recommend buying from Seth’s and Michael.

I had despaired of finding a queen-size sleep sofa that would fit into a small second bedroom used as a den/TV room/guest room on the top floor of our townhouse apartment. Then I found Seth Michael online and--voila!--problem solved. The Luonto Elfin model was a perfect fit--literally, as well as style- and comfort-wise. Michael was wonderful, answering my questions about the product line, cushion durability and the sleep sofa mechanism and comfort (it's always a leap of faith to order a product like this online, without being able to sit/lie on it). He kept in close touch about delivery (which, amazingly, took only 13 days to get to New Hampshire after placing my order). And the delivery crew was terrific--great communication about their ETA and they were efficient and very careful to not ding the walls or the sofa as they carried it up two flights of stairs. I give Seth Michael, the Metropolitan Delivery service, and the Luonto furniture line high marks!

The Luonto Elfin Queen Loveseat is fantastic. It's a 64" couch that replaces a 65" couch yet it increases sitting space by almost 10" by virtue of a reduction in arm width. The Nest Mechanism yields a queen size bed with incredible stability and flatness. I am so happy to have a queen size guest bed from a 64" loveseat. I appreciate Luonto for designing this piece.

The Luonto Elfin Queen Loveseat Sleeper fit perfectly into the space. I ordered the loveseat on November 6th on line and it was delivered on December 1st. Considering I live 3000 miles (2815) from Baltimore, I am implressed by the service and the lack of difficulties. The white glove delivery was simple, easy and straight forward. Michael kept in touch, was easy to reach, and when there was an error in the delivery address he took care of it immediately so the delivery was not delayed.
