I could not be more pleased with my Luonto Elfin XL Sleeper and Functional Coffee Table; The products, the purchase process, the care and concern of both Michael and Seth from start to finish, stellar! Downsizing to 740 sq. ft., I was looking online for a sleeper sofa that would not overpower my new small space. A search led me to sethmichael.com. Saw a piece I liked and sent an email requesting swatches. That simple request opened the door to one of my best online shopping experiences ever. Email communication. More swatches. Phone calls. And waiting. And more waiting. (I wanted to be sure.) Not once was I pressured, pushed or even slightly nudged toward a purchase. And when I finally decided to make the purchase, every detail, order, shipping, delivery and set-up was handled with the utmost care. My "waiting" time paid off as well, as I also discovered the Functional Coffee Table, and decided to add that as well. So roomy, it holds pillows, sheets and blankets with room to spare! And yes, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how comfortable this little sofa is...open or closed. Highly recommend SethMichael for their high-quality furniture and their amazing customer service.

My first guests used the sleeper and provided honest feedback: very comfortable! Here in Brooklyn, where space is at a premium, the Elfin XL really works perfectly. The room is still coming together, with my sleeper sofa as the anchor. My upstairs neighbors' dogs, Talulah and Scout, who stay with me when their "parents" are away, already love it!

This was the most fun and easiest purchase we’ve made in a long time. We needed a small sofa bed for a DC Capitol Hill home. And SethMichael had the perfect one. Loved their on line videos and going to the showroom in Baltimore even though they were remote was easy. Plus we needed the sofa bed fast and they delivered every step of the way. The design of this full-size sofa bed is fantastic. It fits in the same space as our old "wide" twin-size sofa bed, and the mechanism is a lot simpler and lighter. It's very comfortable and is perfect as the extra bed we need when we have visitors. Seth and Michael were a dream to work with on this: extremely responsive, with a lot of helpful communication throughout the purchase and delivery process. I ordered through their website as I live in CA and not MD, and it was one of the best, if not the best, online shopping experiences I've had.

We love this sofa bed! It fit up a narrow old staircase, and in a tiny bedroom with a radiator and 2 doors. My husband used it immediately as his Covid isolation bed/hangout couch and it worked great! Besides the size, we love how you can fold out just one half of the bed for lounging.
