Return Policy and More

At MiY Home we want to make sure that what you purchase is of quality and meets your expectation. We know it can take a few days to know if your new items will work for you. As such, we have tried to cater our return policy to be as reasonable as possible. We encourage you to return or exchange items in a timely manner because damage or wear will result in an adjustment to your refund.

Non-Mattress Furniture Cancellations/Returns

Stocked Items: For stock items , MiY Home will make refunds within 10 calendar days of purchase, providing the merchandise is returned in original factory shipped condition. Customers will not be responsible for the return shipping charge (however, original shipping charges cannot be refunded). A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will be in the form of store credit for purchases over $1,000. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will be credited back to the original credit card for purchases less than $1,000. No cash refunds will be given at any time. A valid receipt of purchase is required to process any returns.

Special Orders: For special orders, cancellation must be made within 3 days of purchase, and confirmed via electronic correspondence. After 3 days, a cancellation fee of 33% will be imposed for items being returned. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will be in the form of store credit for purchases over $1,000. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will be credited back to the original credit card for purchases less than $1,000. A valid receipt of purchase is required to process any returns. No cash refunds will be given at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time by notifying you in writing and returning any monies received by us. Floor samples: Prior to delivery, floor samples sales can be canceled within three days of purchase. After three days, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will be in the form of store credit for purchases over $1,000. Refunds, partial or otherwise, will be credited back to the original credit card for purchases less than $1,000. A valid receipt of purchase is required to process any returns. No cash refunds will be given at any time. Floor sample items that have been delivered are not returnable.

Mattresses Cancellations/Returns

We provide a 120-night sleep trial for our mattresses. Mattress may be exchanged before 120 days for a new Mattress. Mattresses will not be refunded, nor will an exchange be accepted after 120 days except in the rare case of defects in materials or workmanship. Mattresses are

Non Furniture Returns

We will accept returns and exchanges of non-furniture items if:

  • Non-furniture items are returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided
  • Non-furniture items are returned in good condition—unused and unwashed.
  • Any linen-based purchases are final.

If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired, except in cases of damage during transit.

Special Order items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders. Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value .
