Damages to your Furniture on Arrival
Seth Michael is committed to delivering furniture in excellent condition and will work hard to achieve that goal.
Seth Michael ensures that furniture arrives in good condition, but if there are minor damages or missing components, you may still accept delivery. Notify Seth Michael immediately if there are damages or missing items, and write down what was missing or damages on the delivery paperwork before signing. Take a picture of that paperwork you signed and all damages to the packaging and/or furniture both close up and far away. This will help expedite this claim process. Don’t let anybody make you feel rushed during this process. Return Policy for Items Stocked by our Vendors
If you wish to return your furniture for reasons other than missing items, damages in transit, or manufacturer defects, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. In such cases, a restocking fee of 15% will apply, and customers will be responsible for a $300 shipping fee to return the item to our store in Baltimore to be sold. Please be aware that the actual shipping cost incurred by Seth Michael to return the furniture may be higher than $300. The original shipping and delivery charges are non refundable. Additionally, customers are required to assist in scheduling and coordinating the return of the furniture, and refunds will only be issued once the item arrives at our store in good condition.
Return Policy for Items Special Order Items and Floor Samples
Special order items and floor samples are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, manufacturers may not honor their warranty for items purchased as floor samples.
