The sleeper fits nicely in our small space in our basement. It is quite a firm mattress but I found a topper that works well with it. The process of purchasing the sleeper was so easy. I had a lot of questions and did change my mind about fabrics a few times and I got immediate attention. Seth and Michael are patient and definitely wanted me to be happy. I plan on purchasing a second sofa.

I was looking for a sofa bed for our guest room, something easy to pull out when needed. After looking for a while I found Seth Michaels. If I'm investing in quality furniture I wanted to touch, feel, and see it in action first hand. So my husband and I drove from upstate NY to Baltimore for the weekend and made an appointment to check out Seth Michaels sofas! We were greeted by Isabella. We walked through the store (I knew which sofa I wanted) and I tried out opening the sofa - so easy to open the bed. That was it! Made the plans to have it delivered. Without prompt my first guest said it was the most comfortable sofa bed he had ever slept on :) Oh we also had a lovely time in Baltimore.

The Monika Queen sofa fits perfectly! I was worried because it’s a small room but Isabella was very helpful. We spent a lot of time discussing pros and cons of different sofas. Customer service is excellent. I felt valued. I even got a text back after I sent one after business hours. Delivery was smooth and efficient. I was able to track the delivery, as in “2 stops left before yours”.

Ordering online and working with Seth & Michael was a good experience. Very helpful in helping me select the correct colorway. The delivery company was very good with correspondence, however, the delivery men were not. They did arrive on time but seemed very hurried to get the job done. They 'forced' the sofa sleeper through the bedroom door. I even suggested they take a step back and take the door off the hinges... I was informed that "WE WILL GET IT THROUGH THE DOOR". With much struggling it did happen. It is a good thing the sofa sleeper was wrapped with such good care as I'm sure it could have been torn. In all a good experience and looking forward to offering my company a good night's sleep.

so far the sofa has been great - we spent an entire weekend rotting on it, watching tv and being very comfortable. it was a very quick transaction. i found them on IG, made an appointment that day, met with the saleslady who was nice and knowledgeable of ALL the products on the floor, and made the decision that day. a couple of weeks later the soft arrived! the entire process was streamlined, quick and painless.

We are so very happy with our decision to purchase the Luonto Monika Sleeper Sofa with Nest Function. Was able to fit a queen size sleeper in a very small room beautifully. The fabric is outstanding and versatile. I can see that it will hold up for a long time. The sofa and bed are excellent quality - its true - you can't feel the seams! Some reported it to be rather firm but we like comfortable and this sofa is exactly that. I would describe it as good support but defiantly not hard. Seth Michael was a great company to work with. Super informative every step of the way, delivery was seamless and they really did wear white gloves lol! We were happy to support them and also the company in Finland that makes this sofa. Our sleeper is super comfortable as a sofa and provides a very comfortable sleep for our guests. It is well constructed, lovely, soft fabric and nice design. Purchasing the Elfin (the second sofa I purchased within a month from Seth and Michael )was again a wonderful experience. The specific qualities of this sofa (thin arms, nest function) is exactly what I needed for the space that I was creating for my grandchildren. Interacting with Seth and Michael and their staff is enjoyable, and all are truly invested in ensuring that their product is perfect and that delivery is timely, flawless and exactly as described. I also appreciate their vidoes, which I return to in order to make sure I am opening and closing the sofas correctly (quite easy, actually). Seth and Michael are genuine. Their support is amazing. My Ottoman has excellent workmanship. It solves a guest room issue. The Ottoman opens up to a comfortable bed. We happen to have a day bed that the Ottoman can be placed next to if we have a couple spending the night. So accommodating both singles and couples while keeping my home office - accomplished! I think if we did not have the daybed 2 ottomans would have worked nicely.

Beautiful couch. Finally makes the space and what has been missing for 2 years! We ordered this for when we have guests, as we no longer have a spare bedroom after having a second baby. We were set on this pullout mechanism for comfort and it’s so comfortable compared to the bar style sleepers. The ease of pulling it out is unreal too - you can do it with one finger! It’s a firmer couch but we prefer that with kids and a dog, so it doesn’t sag. It looks stunning and the fabric is amazing.

Our 5th wheel RV was equipped with a very uncomfortable sofa bed We worked with Seth Michael to replace the stock sofa bed with a king-size Luonto Elfin sofa bed. Seth Michael worked very closely with us to determine the exact size that could fit in the tight confines of the RV. I love my Elfin sleeper!! I got a custom ochre color that I really love! I needed to wait a few months because it was a custom color but it was worth the wait. I was nervous about purchasing a piece of furniture without actually seeing it first, but this sofa bed checked all of the boxes for what I was looking for, so I went ahead and bought it. I received several lovely emails from Seth talking me through the purchase and helping me feel at ease. Our sofa bed was available even sooner than I thought and there were no issues with delivery. The sofa bed feels well made and it comfortable as a sofa. The true test came when our son spent the night. He said it is very comfortable as a bed, too. I specifically asked if he felt the breaks between cushions and he said that he didn't! Hooray! It is easy to fold out and put back as a sofa. Wow just wow! Love this little but mighty chair. I live in a very tiny rowhouse in DC and have a second bedroom that functions as part art studio, guestroom, workout space. And the staircase leading up to this room is narrow. Maybe 28” wide at its narrowest. I had been looking at convertible couches and initially came to the Seth Michael showroom in Baltimore after eyeballing couches on their website for a little over a month. Easy to make an appointment on their website and the communication from the start was a dream. I shared videos of my narrow staircase and marked up photos with dimensions and exchanged email after email with them about - “will the chair/couch make the turn at the landing and actually fit up the stairs”. And then headed out to their showroom to sit and test comfort. I was convinced a couch was the way to go until I saw this chair and in leather. Comfy as a lounge chair, sublime as a chaise, long enough to act as a twin bed for guests. I measured and I wondered, this might be the ticket since a couch would just take up that much more space. We talked through leather grades, lead times for fabrication, white glove delivery - and what to do in case the chair didn’t actually fit (it can be taken apart, but arrives fully assembled). And as you can see, I bought it, and absolutely love it!!!! Perfect solution for my multi-use space and tiny row-house. They were in touch pre-order, post order, during fabrication, shipping, and in days prior to delivery. The delivery guys and I talked through my concerns of the staircase and listened when I suggested someone go up so they could lift the chair up and over the banister instead of attempting to turn the landing - and voila the chair made it up without any issue. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Best purchase ever. Couldn’t be happier. If you need the perfect solution for your space, do not hesitate to contact Seth Michael. Well worth the price.
