We received our Luonto recliner in a custom fabric and we love it. The shopping experience was a pleasure. As advertised, we spoke directly with the owners. Even though we started out late night shopping online, we were contacted almost immediately via chat and had frequent questions that were answered at all hours. Finally we made a trip to the store and were let in remotely and had the entire store to ourselves. They even let us bring our dog inside! We kept her off the furniture but she enjoyed the trip as well. I've already told several friends about Seth Michael and I am planning my next purchase from them as I type this.

The recliner is fantastic. Seth Michael is great to work with. It was so easy to purchase the new recliner for my daughter, they were so responsive. It arrived quickly and set up was perfect. I purchased a luonto sleeper last year from them, so expected that everything would be great again...and it was!

This recliner is not only beautiful but the design is incredible. So comfortable that even a tall guy can rest his whole head and feet without compromising comfort. It looks so stylish and smart that no one suspect it’s s recliner. We love it.
