I was working against a deadline, what with family coming to visit and needing a COMFORTABLE sofa bed, which for me meant no bars, no noisy springs. I live in New York and have never been to Seth and Michael's storefront, but honestly, I didn't need to. The amount of "couch concierge" help I got - whether through late night emails to the guys or watching YouTube videos on their channel - made this an unbelievably great shopping experience. With the guys' encouragement, I went with a gorgeous color fabric (Cloud) and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I was updated every step of the way from fabrication to delivery. Thank you to Google for leading me to this amazing Pop and Pop store...I have no doubt I'll be back!

I researched for a very long time how to make our small spare bedroom into a drum room and guest room. I ruled out murphy beds and cabinet beds as they would remain closed up most of the time and not provide a place to sit in the mean time. I decided a sofa that turns into a bed to be the best option as it would not only provide a place to sit but also help with the acoustics in the room. I looked at all the local furniture stores for sofa beds and then started the online search. The Seth Michael website was my answer! The videos are really well done and absolutely helped me make up my mind. I especially liked that the exact dimensions are shown, even listing the width of the doorway required for each sofa. The is very comfortable as well as the bed. When I need a new sofa for my living room I will get a king size sofa bed from Seth Michael just to have the option to use it as a bed.

I love my new couch. It starts out as a modest sized couch, perfect for my smallish townhome, and pulls out to a full sized, comfortable queen. The arms slope down slightly which makes the overall profile a bit more petite. The back cushions are wedge shaped, so sitting down, you feel like you have back support even without any added pillows. The fabric I chose is perfect--it's a woven, but is has a bit of a brushed texture for a soft cozy feel. I'm really happy with this purchase! The owners were always available by chat for questions and consultation, and my showroom experience was good also.

I love the queen Monika sleeper sofa so much! It's just perfect for my newly redecorated room. I wanted something for guests, and this will be perfect. It seems a little too firm, at least for my taste, so I'm going to get a nice topper. It's very nice to sit on, however--great for reading with a couple of plush pillows. Everything everyone says about Seth and Michael is true. Michael was fabulous to work with. Thank you, guys.

The queen sofa bed looks great in our small space. We did purchase a memory foam mattress topper and a nice mattress pad to make it softer; it’s very firm. The material is very nice. I think it will last us a long time. Michael was a pleasure to work with, he made sure the sofa was delivered in the time frame we needed. Great company and great customer service.

We purchased the Luonto Monika sleeper from Seth Michael and absolutely love it. They were fantastic to work with -- the owners reached out directly to answer any questions we had and checked in throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this couch -- super comfortable, pull out mattress is great & a true queen size. Highly recommend Seth Michael -- we're definitely going to be using them again for future purchases.

This sofa bed is easy to deploy and firm but comfortable. The fabric is high quality and wicks away moisture. It is compact and quite attractive. The delivery service (Baltimore to SF Bay) was first rate. The customer service from Seth Michael was second to none and included info on how to get through a tight pair of corners. And they got it to us in short order in time for Christmas. Price is very fair, and middle of the road for higher than middling quality.

We loved visiting Seth and Michael's shop and getting to see all the beautiful furniture they had in the store. We knew we wanted to look at sleeper sofa's though and the one-on-one attention we got was great! Seth patiently answered all our questions, made suggestions based on his expertise and gave us space to discuss our decision. We left confident that we were going home with a great piece of furniture that would suit our needs. More than a year later, the sofa looks brand new, it is comfortable to sit on and sleep on. Even my parents who are in their 80's enjoy sleeping on it.

This couch was perfect for my small apartment guest room. The compact but super comfy fold out queen mattress allowed me to get twice the usage out of my space. I got a proper den space and second guest room when I need it! Super easy and on time delivery.
