White Glove Delivery

We ship white glove with a scheduled appointment throughout the continental United States.

Quick Ship fabrics arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks. Custom orders, including custom fabrics and leather, are made in Europe and arrive white glove in your home in about 3.5 to 4 months.

White Glove delivery is $200, the minimum required by Luonto and the same rate you'll find on every other retailer's website. As your delivery date approaches, your appointment narrows to a 4-hour window so you're not waiting around all day. We bring your furniture inside, move it into the room of your choice including up to two flights of stairs, set it up, and remove all packaging. We are watching your order the whole way, and we can arrange a Certificate of Insurance for buildings that require one.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or internationally. Some addresses sit far enough from our carrier's network that we need to quote them individually. Check your zip code below and we will tell you right away.

10 Year Structural Coverage – Your frame and spring system are built to last and protected for the long term.

2 Year Functional Coverage – Mechanisms, sleeper systems, cushion cores, back cushions, pillow inserts, and padding are covered for everyday performance.

1 Year Component Coverage – Sleeper mattresses, electrical components, motors, controls, and all fabric or leather coverings are protected against manufacturing defects.

Cushions and pillows are warranted against loss of resilience under normal use. Some softening and flattening will occur over time and are considered normal wear rather than defects. Fabric coverings are warranted against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer. Leather coverings are warranted against splitting, seam slippage, and dye transfer. Natural characteristics such as nap variation, wrinkling, and grain differences are inherent qualities and not considered defects. Customer’s Own Material and items treated with aftermarket protection are excluded.

Yes. Order up to five free fabric or leather samples, shipped to your door, so you can see the colors and feel the texture in your own space.

Yes. Visit our studio in Fells Point, Baltimore, to sit on the sleepers and recliners and see the fabrics in person.

Yes. Our sleeper mattresses are intentionally medium-firm because that provides the best long-term support and works well for the widest range of sleepers. If you prefer a softer feel, adding a topper is the right move. You keep the supportive core and simply adjust the surface comfort to your preference.

No. You may be able to see where the mattress folds, but you will not feel it when lying down. The cold-cured foam is precision cut, and when weight is applied the edges compress tightly together and behave like one continuous surface. Most people are genuinely surprised they cannot feel anything at all.

All of Luonto's fabrics are built to last. Every option is rated for commercial use and scores 30,000 or higher on the Martindale Rub Test, which is the industry standard for measuring durability. And while every fabric we carry cleans up well, our performance fabrics take it a step further with extra stain and moisture resistance for easier everyday maintenance. If you have pets, pay attention to the weave. Cats and small dogs with fine nails can snag fabrics with large loops or open weaves, so the tighter the weave, the safer the choice.
