Shipping and White-Glove Delivery

Where we deliver
We deliver with scheduled white-glove service throughout the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or internationally. Some addresses are far enough from our carrier's network that we quote them individually. Contact us with your zip code and we will tell you right away.

Delivery cost
White-glove delivery is $200, the minimum required by Luonto.

What white-glove delivery includes
As your delivery date approaches, your appointment narrows to a 4-hour window. We bring your furniture inside, move it into the room of your choice including up to two flights of stairs, set it up, and remove all packaging. We can arrange a Certificate of Insurance for buildings that require one. Delivery teams cannot move existing furniture inside your home or remove furniture from the property.

Delivery timing
Stocked fabric pieces ship from our South Carolina warehouse and typically arrive in your home in about 3 to 4 weeks. Custom orders, including custom fabrics and leather, are made in Europe and arrive in your home in about 3.5 to 4 months.

Fabric samples
Order up to five free fabric or leather samples, shipped to your door.

Additional delivery fees
Missed delivery appointments are subject to a $250 re-delivery fee. Homes that require a smaller truck due to narrow roads, low branches, tight turns, long driveways, or HOA restrictions may incur an additional fee, typically $200 to $400. Deliveries requiring ferries, water transport, or access to remote islands may incur additional fees or require an alternate mainland address.

Damage on arrival
If your furniture arrives with damage or missing components, you may still accept delivery. Note any issues on the delivery paperwork before signing, take photos, and text them to 443-278-1297 right away.
