White Glove Delivery

We ship white glove with a scheduled appointment throughout the continental United States.

Quick Ship fabrics arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks. Custom fabrics and leather are made in Europe and take about 3 to 4 months.

White Glove delivery is $200, the minimum required by Luonto and the same rate you'll find on every other retailer's website. As your delivery date approaches, your appointment narrows to a 4-hour window so you're not waiting around all day. We bring your furniture inside, move it into the room of your choice including up to two flights of stairs, set it up, and remove all packaging. Seth, Michael, or Isabella are watching your order the whole way, and we can arrange a Certificate of Insurance for buildings that require one.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or internationally. Some addresses sit far enough from our carrier's network that we need to quote them individually. Check your zip code below and we will tell you right away.

The Nest Function is one of the most versatile sleeper systems we carry. Its dual-motion design splits the bed into two independent sections — use both together as one bed, or open just one side into a single while the other remains a functional seat. And because every Nest Function sofa is now fully upholstered (sofa body and mattress in matching fabric, no exposed white mattress), opening a single section transforms your sofa into a chaise lounger in seconds.

The name “Nest” comes from how the mattress sections “nest” seamlessly within the frame, with one portion below the seat and the other tucking neatly into the back. Because the bed components are fully integrated into the design, the sofa maintains its clean proportions and everyday seating comfort. Opening the Nest is simple to use without wrestling with a heavy frame.

10 Year Structural Coverage – Your frame and spring system are built to last and protected for the long term.

2 Year Functional Coverage – Mechanisms, sleeper systems, cushion cores, back cushions, pillow inserts, and padding are covered for everyday performance.

1 Year Component Coverage – Sleeper mattresses, electrical components, motors, controls, and all fabric or leather coverings are protected against manufacturing defects.

Cushions and pillows are warranted against loss of resilience under normal use. Some softening and flattening will occur over time and are considered normal wear rather than defects. Fabric coverings are warranted against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer. Leather coverings are warranted against splitting, seam slippage, and dye transfer. Natural characteristics such as nap variation, wrinkling, and grain differences are inherent qualities and not considered defects. Customer’s Own Material and items treated with aftermarket protection are excluded.
