We ship white glove with a scheduled appointment nationwide to most U.S. states.*

The Quick Ship fabrics shown above take about 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered. Custom fabrics and leather are made in Europe and take about 3 to 4 months to arrive in your home.

White Glove delivery is $200, the minimum required by Luonto and the same rate you'll find on every other retailer's website. Your delivery includes a scheduled appointment. As your delivery date approaches, that window gets narrowed down to a 4-hour arrival time so you're not waiting around all day. We bring your sofa inside, move it into the room of your choice (including up to two flights of stairs), fully set it up, and remove all packaging. From the minute you place your order, Seth, Michael, or Isabella are here keeping an eye on things and making sure you're always connected and taken care of. We can also help get you a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for buildings that require them.

*We currently DO NOT DELIVER to Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota or Internationally.

At 15.5 inches high, the ergonomic table height feels just right for everyday use, and with the ability to safely hold up to 40 lbs, the Functional Coffee Table feels as solid and dependable as it looks.

10 Year Structural Coverage – Your frame and spring system are built to last and protected for the long term.

2 Year Functional Coverage – Mechanisms, sleeper systems, cushion cores, back cushions, pillow inserts, and padding are covered for everyday performance.

1 Year Component Coverage – Sleeper mattresses, electrical components, motors, controls, and all fabric or leather coverings are protected against manufacturing defects.

Cushions and pillows are warranted against loss of resilience under normal use. Some softening and flattening will occur over time and are considered normal wear rather than defects. Fabric coverings are warranted against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer. Leather coverings are warranted against splitting, seam slippage, and dye transfer. Natural characteristics such as nap variation, wrinkling, and grain differences are inherent qualities and not considered defects. Customer’s Own Material and items treated with aftermarket protection are excluded.
