White Glove Delivery
We ship white glove with a scheduled appointment throughout the continental United States.
Quick Ship fabrics arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks. Custom orders, including custom fabrics and leather, are made in Europe and arrive white glove in your home in about 3.5 to 4 months.
White Glove delivery is $200, the minimum required by Luonto and the same rate you'll find on every other retailer's website. As your delivery date approaches, your appointment narrows to a 4-hour window so you're not waiting around all day. We bring your furniture inside, move it into the room of your choice including up to two flights of stairs, set it up, and remove all packaging. Seth, Michael, or Isabella are watching your order the whole way, and we can arrange a Certificate of Insurance for buildings that require one.
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or internationally. Some addresses sit far enough from our carrier's network that we need to quote them individually. Check your zip code below and we will tell you right away.

What Fantasy Owners Want to Know
Both use the same Level Sleeper Function and the same 5-inch cold-cured foam mattress, so comfort and support are identical. The difference comes down to design, proportions, and the fact that the Belton offers motorization as an option. You are really choosing a style and opening preference, not a difference in sleep quality.
Level Function sleepers can fit through doors and openings 28.75 inches wide or larger. If your room requires a sharp tight turn to enter, or there is a turn in your stairway, some additional consideration is needed. Reach out and share stair landing measurements, stairway height, hallway widths, door height, and photos or videos if you have them. We are happy to help figure out if a Luonto sleeper will fit into your space.
Yes. Order up to five free fabric or leather samples, shipped to your door, so you can see the colors and feel the texture in your own space.
Yes. Visit our studio in Fells Point, Baltimore, to sit on the sleepers and recliners and see the fabrics in person.
Yes. Our sleeper mattresses are intentionally medium-firm because that provides the best long-term support and works well for the widest range of sleepers. If you prefer a softer feel, adding a topper is the right move. You keep the supportive core and simply adjust the surface comfort to your preference.
