We ship white glove with a scheduled appointment nationwide to most U.S. states.*

The Quick Ship fabrics shown above take about 3 to 4 weeks to be delivered. Custom fabrics and leather are made in Europe and take about 3 to 4 months to arrive in your home.

White Glove delivery is $200, the minimum required by Luonto and the same rate you'll find on every other retailer's website. Your delivery includes a scheduled appointment. As your delivery date approaches, that window gets narrowed down to a 4-hour arrival time so you're not waiting around all day. We bring your sofa inside, move it into the room of your choice (including up to two flights of stairs), fully set it up, and remove all packaging. From the minute you place your order, Seth, Michael, or Isabella are here keeping an eye on things and making sure you're always connected and taken care of. We can also help get you a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for buildings that require them.

*We currently DO NOT DELIVER to Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota or Internationally.

Every Luonto sleeper uses the same 5-inch cold-cured high resilience foam — not just as a mattress, but as the sofa seat itself. That means what you sit on and what you sleep on are one and the same: a medium-firm surface that is genuinely comfortable and supportive in both positions.

When the sleeper opens, you will never feel the breaks. The foam is cut so cleanly and precisely that the surface stays smooth and seamless from edge to edge — no lumps, no gaps, no metal bar in your back.

These are not guest-only sofas. They are built to be opened and slept on every single night, and the foam holds up. In over ten years of selling Luonto, we have never seen a single case of sagging or indentation. They simply do not break down. If someone in your home prefers a softer, more cloud-like feel, a mattress topper drops right on top and transforms the experience instantly.

Construction breakdown

The Level Function is our most straightforward mechanism. Lift from the center of the frame and you're open. Gas lift assist cylinders make it even easier. Because of how it's engineered, the Level Function has the fewest breaks, giving you the most clean looking sleeping surface. The slight slope of the back even creates a natural "headboard" so guests can sit up comfortably in bed. Available in King, Queen, Full XL, and Cot.

Sustainability is not an afterthought for Luonto. It is built into how every sleeper is designed and manufactured. Each piece is handcrafted in Finland using certified, responsibly sourced wood from renewable Nordic forests, along with water based glues and low emission materials that support healthier indoor air quality.

Their factory operates with renewable energy, and production waste is carefully minimized and recycled whenever possible. Just as important, Luonto builds sleepers to last. With durable construction and replaceable components, these pieces are designed for long term use rather than quick replacement. 10 Year Structural Coverage – Your frame and spring system are built to last and protected for the long term.

2 Year Functional Coverage – Mechanisms, sleeper systems, cushion cores, back cushions, pillow inserts, and padding are covered for everyday performance.

1 Year Component Coverage – Sleeper mattresses, electrical components, motors, controls, and all fabric or leather coverings are protected against manufacturing defects.

Cushions and pillows are warranted against loss of resilience under normal use. Some softening and flattening will occur over time and are considered normal wear rather than defects. Fabric coverings are warranted against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer. Leather coverings are warranted against splitting, seam slippage, and dye transfer. Natural characteristics such as nap variation, wrinkling, and grain differences are inherent qualities and not considered defects. Customer’s Own Material and items treated with aftermarket protection are excluded.
