White Glove Delivery

We ship white glove with a scheduled appointment throughout the continental United States.

Quick Ship fabrics arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks. Custom fabrics and leather are made in Europe and take about 3 to 4 months.

White Glove delivery is $200, the minimum required by Luonto and the same rate you'll find on every other retailer's website. As your delivery date approaches, your appointment narrows to a 4-hour window so you're not waiting around all day. We bring your furniture inside, move it into the room of your choice including up to two flights of stairs, set it up, and remove all packaging. Seth, Michael, or Isabella are watching your order the whole way, and we can arrange a Certificate of Insurance for buildings that require one.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or internationally. Some addresses sit far enough from our carrier's network that we need to quote them individually. Check your zip code below and we will tell you right away.

The seat is built in six layers: a birch plywood and Nordic spruce frame, a no-sag suspension system, a felt layer protecting the foam, 2.2lb cold-cured medium high resilience foam, polyester fiber padding, and upholstery.

The back is a tight cushion with a zippered closure, built in five layers: 2.2lb cold-cured high resilience foam, polyester padding, and upholstery. Seat height is 17.25 inches and seat depth is 22 inches.

Construction breakdown

The Swivel Function is the simplest motion Luonto builds. The chair rotates in place on its base. There is no recline mechanism, no glider, no neck rest adjustment, and no power option. Nothing to operate and no positions to set.

The base sits two inches off the floor and is concealed by the upholstery. Overall dimensions are 30 inches wide, 33.75 inches deep, and 29.25 inches tall.

Sustainability is not an afterthought for Luonto. It is built into how every sleeper is designed and manufactured. Each piece is handcrafted in Finland using certified, responsibly sourced wood from renewable Nordic forests, along with water based glues and low emission materials that support healthier indoor air quality.

Their factory operates with renewable energy, and production waste is carefully minimized and recycled whenever possible. Just as important, Luonto builds sleepers to last. With durable construction and replaceable components, these pieces are designed for long term use rather than quick replacement. The result is furniture that is thoughtfully made, environmentally responsible, and built to serve your home for years.

10 Year Structural Coverage – Your frame and spring system are built to last and protected for the long term.

2 Year Functional Coverage – Mechanisms, sleeper systems, cushion cores, back cushions, pillow inserts, and padding are covered for everyday performance.

1 Year Component Coverage – Sleeper mattresses, electrical components, motors, controls, and all fabric or leather coverings are protected against manufacturing defects.

Cushions and pillows are warranted against loss of resilience under normal use. Some softening and flattening will occur over time and are considered normal wear rather than defects. Fabric coverings are warranted against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer. Leather coverings are warranted against splitting, seam slippage, and dye transfer. Natural characteristics such as nap variation, wrinkling, and grain differences are inherent qualities and not considered defects. Customer’s Own Material and items treated with aftermarket protection are excluded.
