Level Mechanism

Total Distance From Wall When Opened: 89.75”

 The Level is a more expensive mechanism because it's fastest to open with only one real step of pulling it out.You do you need to open the Fantasy/Belton non motorized  all the way down at the floor level. It's kind of an up and pull back motion. So if you are comfortable bending over and picking up two 12 packs of canned soda water, you will be fine. They are on gas cylinders, so it doesn't get away from you and the gas cylinders make it stop in places as you lift. But if that is just too much, or if you think that could be a problem as we all age.. then I would go with a  motorized Belton,  Keep in mind you mind not be the one opening it all the time for your guests and you may have help :)
